NBPD located wanted subject as result of incomplete 911 call. 57-year old Jesse Ramos Manzanares arrested on NBPD warrants charging FTA on Attempt to Commit a Class A Misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct II & Assault IV; also, FTA on FTA II. All that just to be cited in lieu of custody and released.
