CBPD pulls over Julie Farnham, who does not have a valid driver’s license. She is known to run drugs and was in the vehicle last night when her feral husband was arrested. Police warn her for no license and warn her that if she gets caught driving, they can tow the vehicle. Police leave and only 30 seconds later, watch Julie take off in the vehicle at a high rate of speed. CBPD eventually catch up to her, pull her over and tow the vehicle. She lost her husband one night and the next night she looses her vehicle. It’s rough being feral.
