CBPD pulled Matt Wagner over in the Walmart parking lot and he got out of the vehicle and fled on foot. He has multiple active warrants, one from burglarizing a residence in town just a few days ago. He was captured a few moments later and transported to CCJ, but booked & released back into the wild.
