NBPD responded to report of "someone possibly trying to break-in.” 57-year old Jesse Ramos Manzanares arrested on NBPD warrant charging FTA on Charges of Attempt to Commit a Class I Misdemeanor, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct II & Assault IV. Manzanares was transported to CCJ just to be booked & released.
