CBPD out with Coker who is slumped over in a vehicle with drug paraphernalia all around him. He has a warrant for his arrest and is on the Coos County "Detainables" list, but the jail advised they can only accept him is he has a "user" amount or less of drugs on him. CBPD advised they don't know how to determine that but they will bring him to the jail. Update: Coker was booked and released. Charges/Warrants were: FTA on Disorderly Conduct II; and, FTA on two-counts Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon, Interference with Making a Report & Criminal Trespass II, and Probation Violation
