Reports of someone being hit by a stick and walking away from the Devereux center towards 7-11. Police arrive on scene and find James Box across the street. Witnesses state that Box was the suspect that assaulted another feral and busted out a few of the deveroux center windows. Box is transported to the hospital for injuries he sustained. He will be charged with crimes once he is medically released, but it is unknown at this time what those charges will be. It’s a good thing the Devereux center trespasses people. Things like this would never happen if they did NOTHING to control who goes into their property after hours. Trespassing them off of a property that has nobody enforcing their rules is clearly the answer for people who don’t follow the rules. An emergency contact for the DC is in route. Will he trespass those on DC property like Tara says happens when they find people on property after hours? Because, according to Tara, they do enforce their rules. The EC showed up, spoke with police and left. No mention of any of the people trespassing on DC property were trespassed. Total damages to property caused by Box are: broken glass in the building door, 3 building windows and a vehicle.
