Reports of a white Tacoma pickup driving southbound on 101, crashing into the guardrail at global inn, then hitting a red blazer. A CBPD officer witnesses the accident and calls it in as the driver of the Tacoma decides to leave the scene. The driver finally decides to pull his vehicle over on Market St. The officer says he is with the Tacoma and “some of the guardrail. The guardrail is inside the vehicle.”
