65-year old Kelly Lee Reynolds arrested on CCSO warrant for FTA on Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants; and two CBPD warrants for FTA on Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver; and FTA on FTA in the 2nd Degree. Reynolds was transported to CCJ to be booked & released so she can FTA again on her FTA.
