Report of Logan Thomas trespassing on property and refusing to leave. He was trespassed from the property in the past. Thomas has a warrant for FTA on Criminal Trespass II. He was unclothed when police arrived. CBPD arrested him on his warrant but did not add an additional trespass charge because he claimed he had permission to be there. Thomas was transported to CCJ where he was booked & released back into the wild.
