Reports of a stolen vehicle spotted by CBPD. Police pull the vehicle over using a felony stop with their weapons drawn. Police identify the occupants as Cienna Morrison and Sam Hanks, who appear to be from out of the area. Cienna gives a false name and is actually Cienna McClain. The owner of the vehicle states that her brother stole the vehicle and sold it for drug money. This vehicle was stolen back in February of 2024.
