57-year old Jesse Ramos Manzanares arrested on NBPD warrants charging Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree, & Assault 4th Degree. Also, warrant charging FTA on FTA 2nd Degree. Manzanares was transported to CCJ just to be booked & released.
