Originally a loud noise complaint for RV that had been running all day, CBPD noticed a man hiding from them and believed he was wanted. Suspect identified as Isaac Veloz had 10 FTA warrants. About 10 squad cars from various agencies surrounded RV and plead (for over an hour) with Veloz to exit with his hands up. He eventually came out on his own and was detained. CCJ advised they would only book and release, possibly due to him being drunk. 37-year old Kristin N. Rexine was arrested on CCSO warrant charging Contempt of Court/Punitive, cited & released. Rexine was in the RV with Veloz.
