Reports of a man outside a residence with an axe, breaking windows and threatening. Police show up on scene, detain the suspect and identify him as Jesse Oberst. Jesse has multiple open, non-extraditable warrants out of roseburg and other areas. Once things calm down, the home owner decides it is a civil issue, not criminal. Police take the hand cuffs off Jesse and he heads down the road. Free to continue being feral.
