42-year-old Mitchell Wayne Bissonnette arrested on two CBPD warrants charging FTA on Aggravated Harassment and Disorderly Conduct II, FTA on FTA I, CCSO warrant for UUV, Unlawful Possession of Meth and FTA I, and CQPD warrant for FTA on two counts of Disorderly Conduct II. Bissonnette was arrested and transported to CCJ.
