West Coast Game Park Safari owner Brian Tenney was sentenced to 90 months in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections followed by three years of post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to dozens of felony charges, most involving animal neglect. He was also ordered to pay more than $340,000 in restitution, received 15 years of statutory probation on possessing numerous classes of animals, and faces all other collateral consequences of felony convictions. The case stemmed from the May 2025 confiscation of hundreds of neglected and starving animals from the park near Bandon. The sentencing hearing addressed both driving charges and wildlife-related charges. Tenney did not make a statement in court.
