CBPD conducted a foot patrol and warrant service at Empire Boat Ramp. Kristina Lynn Frickey was arrested on an Eugene PD warrant for FTA-Criminal Trespass 2 with $20,000 bail. Rij Anthony Duncan was arrested on multiple warrants including FTA 2, FTA-Unlawful Poss Meth, and FTA-DUII with total bail of $40,000. Both subjects were transported to CCJ.
