Suspect is hitting cars as they drive by. He even hit a police car as it drove by. When the officer stopped to question the suspect, he became combative and the officer had to order the suspect into the prone position. Scott was arrested for 2nd degree disorderly conduct. His PO added a detainer because of his ABSCON status and actions during this incident. Loew was transported to CCJ, and booked & released back into the wild.

South Coast Food Share called CBPD about a bum camping on their front door step and refusing to leave. They said he did the same thing recently and tried to fight staff. He was identified as Timothy Lowe who is currently on the detainables list. His P.O. tried to have him lodged at CCJ last night but they refused.

Report of man trespassing at the car wash, CBPD detained Tim Loew who had been previously trespassed, and CCJ advised they would book and release. CBPD said the suspect is very aggressive and uncooperative.
