Suspect is hitting cars as they drive by. He even hit a police car as it drove by. When the officer stopped to question the suspect, he became combative and the officer had to order the suspect into the prone position. Scott was arrested for 2nd degree disorderly conduct. His PO added a detainer because of his ABSCON status and actions during this incident. Loew was transported to CCJ, and booked & released back into the wild.
