Caleb Charles Moffett arrested on CBPD warrant charging FTA on two-counts Public Indecency; FTA on three-counts Criminal Mischief II, two-counts Criminal Trespass & Criminal Mischief III; FTA on Harassment. Moffett transported to CCJ to be booked & released so he can fail to appear again and again and again.

Homeowner reported that Caleb Moffett has been camping out and defecating in her yard for the past couple days. She keeps kicking him out but he keeps coming back with more shit. CBPD arrested Moffett and transported him to CCJ to be booked and then released right back into the wild. That'll teach him.

CBPD detained Caleb Moffett for his active warrants, but then declined to take him to jail because they said he was under the influence of drugs. This same situation happened with him 3 days ago. So next time you're in trouble with the law just say you're high and you won't go to jail. Works every time.

Dispatch advises Caleb Moffett has warrants for 4 counts of disorderly conduct 2. Officer 114 chooses to drive him to the Devereaux Center, cite & release him instead of calling the jail to see if they will accept him on his warrants. Jason Thompson was also arrested at the scene for warrants but he was taken to CCJ and lodged.
