Dispatch advises Caleb Moffett has warrants for 4 counts of disorderly conduct 2. Officer 114 chooses to drive him to the Devereaux Center, cite & release him instead of calling the jail to see if they will accept him on his warrants. Jason Thompson was also arrested at the scene for warrants but he was taken to CCJ and lodged.
