Reports of CBPD officer spotting Peter Parks on Newmark. When the officer stops, Peter tries to run but the officer easily caught up to him and arrested him. As soon as Peter was in handcuffs, he started complaining about his knee hurting from when he jumped out of a second story window last time police arrested him. When that excuse didn’t work, he then told police his injury requires crutches. That excuse didn’t work either. Police just told him he can have a wheelchair in jail if they don’t allow crutches. Dispatch verified he has multiple state-wide felony warrants and Peter will finally have to face his crimes….hopefully

Reports of deputies serving an eviction notice to sequoia Greer in apartment A2 at the woodland apartments. While deputies are at the front door, Peter Parks jumps out of a window and flees into apartment A5. A citizen sees what Parks did and calls police. Police arrive on scene and find Peter at A5, complaining that he broke his leg when he jumped out the window. Medical takes Peter to the hospital, where they admit him. Police also take sequoia Greer to jail for violating a restraining order.
