Reports of CBPD officer spotting Peter Parks on Newmark. When the officer stops, Peter tries to run but the officer easily caught up to him and arrested him. As soon as Peter was in handcuffs, he started complaining about his knee hurting from when he jumped out of a second story window last time police arrested him. When that excuse didn’t work, he then told police his injury requires crutches. That excuse didn’t work either. Police just told him he can have a wheelchair in jail if they don’t allow crutches. Dispatch verified he has multiple state-wide felony warrants and Peter will finally have to face his crimes….hopefully
