Reports of a 911 call coming in and two males heard yelling at each other in the background. Deputies arrive on scene at a bum camp near the Coalbank Slough Bridge as one tells another he is going to cut him. Deputies separate the two and head off to the next call. The illegal campsite next to where they were is growing daily and the garbage piling up around the camp, polluting the waterway. Thomas, Amber Hill and moralez were notified of trespass.

Gabriel A. Moralez arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation – Weapons Offense. Moralez was transported to CCJ, booked & released.
