Reports of a 911 call coming in and two males heard yelling at each other in the background. Deputies arrive on scene at a bum camp near the Coalbank Slough Bridge as one tells another he is going to cut him. Deputies separate the two and head off to the next call. The illegal campsite next to where they were is growing daily and the garbage piling up around the camp, polluting the waterway. Thomas, Amber Hill and moralez were notified of trespass.

Reports of a domestic assault inside a moving vehicle. A woman was driving and the male was hitting her. The vehicle was stopped in front of a house on the 1600 block of Newmark when police find it and the male runs inside the house.

CBPD responded to a report of an assault in progress and the man fled when they arrived. Paul Thomas was placed under arrest. He has several active warrants for Failure to Appear and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The jail said they would only book & release so CBPD just gave him a citation and released him at the station. No big deal, just a violent sex offender who disregards the judicial process and is allowed to wander our streets completely unchecked.
