Reports of Ryan cox trespassing on mall property. Police arrive on scene and Ryan starts to fight the officer and Ryan knocks an 80 year old lady down, causing her to hit her head on the floor, injuring her. The woman ends up being transported to the hospital by ambulance. Cox is charged with trespassing 2, resisting arrest, escape 3 and possibly more charges due to the injuries sustained by the 80 year old.

Reports of two homeless fighting outside Shake N Burger and one of them pulling a knife. Police arrive on scene and find Jonathan Schmidt still on scene, extremely upset. They find Ryan Cox, the other involved, walking west on the coalbank bridge.

Reports of a man fighting customers in el Guadalajara. Police arrive on scene and find Ryan in the middle of the road. When confronted, Ryan starts to fight. Police fight back with a taser and take him into custody. Just before police arrrived on scene, Ryan attempted to enter 3 separate vehicles that were driving on broadway.

A person unconscious and not breathing was found in front of Orcoast Music. Narcan was deployed and the subject was transported to the hospital. Cox was revived and free to overdose again.
