Reports of two homeless fighting outside Shake N Burger and one of them pulling a knife. Police arrive on scene and find Jonathan Schmidt still on scene, extremely upset. They find Ryan Cox, the other involved, walking west on the coalbank bridge.

Dispatch received calls of a man dancing in the middle of the roadway. CBPD identifies him as Jonathan Schmidt who is "new to the area" with an Arizona ID. They have him get out of the road.
