CBPD responded to reports of a large amount of garbage and belongings that are covering several parking spots in a city lot outside a recently condemned apartment building. CBPD posted a 72-hr notice to vacate. No other action taken. If you're in the area it's worth taking a look at this mess. Take pictures and share them online. More people need to see how bad things can get when the government and ferals are allowed to operate unchecked.

Report of a fight between the owner of the newly condemned apartment building (as of Jan 9th) and feral ex-tenants who refuse to leave. CBPD Chief of Police has ordered that no police enter the building, and they referred the building owner to the Sheriff's Office. No action taken.
