Neighbor reported seeing a suspicious person walking out of a vacant residence in Eastside. CBPD located Matt Arnold down the street who stated he was not in the residence. CBPD said he was lying because the neighbor saw him in the residence. Arnold has a warrant out if Lane County. Arnold arrested for Criminal Trespass II and transported to CCJ to be booked and released.
