CBPD responded to a burglary in progress at 922 N 9th St and found 4 bums inside. All were trespassed from that property and the property next door (930 N 9th). Andrew Eastep was taken to CCJ on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation on Arson charge, but was released after booking. According to an entry on the CBPD log for Nov. 30, 9:21 a.m., 1900 block No. 7th St., “result of criminal trespass,” 38-year old Amanda Elizabeth Haggbloom charged with Criminal Trespass II, “Haggbloom transported to CCJ.”

Woman wandering around naked (but wrapped in a blanket) and getting into people's cars again (including cop cars). When PD asked why she has no clothes on she replied that she is "the prophecy". CBPD gave her courtesy ride to Devereaux Center.
