CBPD responded to a burglary in progress at 922 N 9th St and found 4 bums inside. All were trespassed from that property and the property next door (930 N 9th). Andrew Eastep was taken to CCJ on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation on Arson charge, but was released after booking.
